Katie & William Are Engaged!

Katie & William met 6 years ago. I know this is only my first sentence, but this is one of my favorite parts of their story. Maybe it’s because it’s just about as long as David and I have been together and I love when my couples have history. Imagine all the memories and stories they have already created! And how many more they have to come! 

Katie had been working at a shoe store at the time and in walks William looking for shoes specifically to play tennis. Katie mentioned that she could play tennis (although, she admits in this part of the story that she in fact could not play tennis) and what does William do? Ask her out on a date to play tennis, of course! Love the humor in their love story! 

And yes, we are incorporating some tennis court shots on the day of the wedding! 

We shot their engagement pictures in Flowery Branch amongst a beautiful lake and gorgeous sunlight! My personal favorites are when they take over and start dancing with another. There is nothing sweeter than capturing truly genuine moments.
